The blade holds its edge well through a full osteotomy and gives a smooth, predictable kerf that keeps the rotational osteotomy accurate. Minimal thermal necrosis at the cut margins when I irrigate properly.

Reliable for single procedures
Seats cleanly onto our sagittal saw and tracks true through cortical bone without wandering. I would treat it as single-use for the sharpest performance, as the edge dulls noticeably after repeated sterilisation cycles.
